ABOUT US

We are a community of faith who shares a deep love for God and people. Together we are learning to follow Jesus in our daily lives. Our goal is to help others come to God’s family through faith in Christ who can transform our lives through his Holy Spirit.

We meet together on Sunday mornings from 10:00am-12:00pm at 32 Weber St. W. Kitchener

(the former Zion United Church). You are welcome to join us!

Join us at the Community Table

We gather to worship in song, prayer, a time of fellowship with light refreshments, scripture, a message, and time to share and pray with each other at our tables. The atmosphere is informal yet filled with God's presence.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe God exists as three persons in one – a Trinity of Father, Son and Spirit. That Jesus Christ, the Son, left heaven to become fully human while remaining fully God, was born to a virgin, lived a sinless life, suffered, died a humiliating death on a cross, and was raised by God to life before returning to heaven. We believe one day He will return to the earth and that all people will give an account of their lives to Him.

We believe Jesus is the only way to eternal life. We believe God loves and longs for every person to come to salvation through Jesus and that through the work of the Holy Spirit, any person can turn to Christ and be restored to God. We believe Christ modeled how to live a life surrendered to God and that He calls us to follow Him daily.

We believe God has revealed Himself through the Bible which continues to be relevant and applicable to our lives, and that its truth is the authority for our lives today. We believe God also speaks in a variety of other ways, all of which must be weighed against the truth of God revealed in the scriptures.
